Return Policy


First case: Returns of purchase desisting.

All purchased products in HSNstore.com can be returned and refunded, it should be stated in the next 14 days after the purchase and there is some requirements to meet to be eligible for a refund.

Requirements for returns in case of desisting

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all the labels.
  • For the return please use the same cardboard box where your order was packed, in case you don’t have the box, please use a good packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on the return to our warehouses.
  • Include a copy of the commercial invoice in the box, and please mark in it the products being returned.

Steps to follow:

  1. Contact us to give us all the information of the product/s, filling the contact form or by email: contact form to get the confirmation of the return.
  2. Prepare the package to return according to the specified requirements.
  3. A delivery agency will pick up the package as soon as possible.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment) or credit you with discount points for future orders. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank policies.

Very important: The refunds will only cover the prices of the products, never the amount of the delivery costs.

Return processing will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, in the period of 30 days respect of desisting notification. The payment will be done by bank transfer to the same person who did the order, or by discount points for future orders. The information required to proceed to the return must be sent by the customer (contact form). The customer will assume the cost and the risk of the return.

Return processing: The returns have to meet the established requirements, there wont be any refunds for products returned in different conditions than they had when sent.

 

Second Case: Defective/Faulty products Returns

If the products in your order arrive in a defective state or not as expected or are not the products you ordered.

Steps to follow:

  1. Take photographs of the product/s and send them to us so we can evaluate the damages suffered by the product.
  2. Contact us and give us all information of the product using the contact form.

Once we receive your notification we will contact back specifying how to proceed with the return. After receiving the return we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

In case the return is accepted but there is no stock to replace the return, HSNstore will refund the price of the returned products, including all costs of delivery and other costs assumed by the customer during the return.

The returns and/or partial cancellation will cause/provoke partial refund of the amount paid for. In this situation, the cost of the transport will not be refunded. The payment will be done by bank transfer to the same person who did the order, or by discount points for future orders.
