Dextrose is a carbohydrate that causes an important insulin peak, producing absorption on the part of the cell of the contents in the blood stream at that time. To this effect, adding a serving of creatine if we are taking it, will boost cellular administration.
For its part, taurine will help with capturing glucose on the part of the cell receptors, whilst influencing in the stability of the cell membrane. Magnesium collaborates through its properties involved in the muscle contractile function and in nerve transmission. Dextrex Juice can also be used as a drink that allows us to recharge glycogen deposits.
