How to take PHASE 8 PROTEIN:As a food supplement, take 1 dispenser with 210 ml or mix 2 dispensers with 420 ml of cold water or skimmed milk in a shaker. Use between main meals and after exercise. Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water a day. For better results, take 4 tablespoons a day for at least six weeks.
