How to take MULTICARBO DRINK+ 660g NARANJA // RED ORANGE:As a nutritional supplement, take 2 scoopfuls (55 g) every 500 ml of water. Due to it's high carbohydrate content, it's recommended to drink before and after training. It can also be used during long training sessions. There is not any intake limit during the day as long as the person keeps a training routine or a temporary high-carb diet.
