What is Citrulline Malate?

Citrulline malate by HSN Raw Series is a combination of the amino-acid citrulline together with the malate salt. It acts jointly with arginine and ornithine in the urea cycle, helping our body to excrete metabolic waste products. One of the main sources of this compound is watermelon, but it would be unfeasible to supply through food as an ergogenic support, or if you wish to make a more intense use of the active principle.

Citrulline can be combined with other supplements, commonly used in the 'peri-workout', such as BCAAs and Arginine, to achieve a synergistic effect, in terms of improved physical performance, muscle recovery and increased blood flow and oxygenation.

How to take CITRULINA MALATO:

As a nutritional supplement, mix 1 scoop (5 g ) with 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. For better results, take twice a day, 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving 45 minutes before training.
