What is Beta-Alanine?

HSN Raw Series Beta Alanine is an amino-acid that increases intra-muscular carnosine stores.

Beta-alanine properties

It's established a buffering effect on lactic acid segregated during sporting activities that combine both the aerobic and anaerobic systems with such acidifier metabolic waste. High levels of this substance provoke muscle fatigue and possibly, the cessation of the sporting activity.

How to take BETA ALANINA:

As a nutritional supplement, mix 1 scoop (2 g) with water, juice or any pre-workout drink you like, twice a day. On training days, take 1 serving before your workout and 1 right after training for better results.
